1. Order Processing & Shipping

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 working days.
Each order is carefully processed, quality checked and packed with the greatest care before being dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking information via email or the contact details provided at checkout. 

Saint Vision will not be responsible for delays in shipment caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including public holidays, adverse weather conditions, customs procedures, carrier delays, service interruptions or other unforeseen circumstances. 

Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be amended. Please ensure that all delivery details are accurate and complete before finalising your purchase.

Sale & Promotional Items

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, sale and promotional items may be subject to separate exchange or store-credit conditions.

Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights you may have in relation to faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.

2. Prices, Currency & Price Changes

All product prices displayed on the Saint Vision website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.

Where applicable, prices include VAT and any other taxes required to be included in the displayed price under UK law.

Shipping charges are calculated separately and displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

International customers may be responsible for additional customs duties, import taxes or local charges imposed by the destination country.

Price Changes

Saint Vision reserves the right to change product prices, promotions and offers at any time without prior notice.

Any price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed and confirmed.

We are unable to retrospectively apply a new promotional price or discount to an order placed before the relevant promotion or price change, unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Payment

Payments made through the Saint Vision website are processed through our authorised third-party payment providers.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include debit and credit cards and other supported payment services.

Payment information is processed securely through the relevant payment provider. Saint Vision does not store complete payment card details on its own systems.

We do not sell or share payment information with unrelated third parties.

To protect our customers and our business, we may carry out verification checks on orders before dispatch. These checks may include verification of billing information, delivery addresses, payment details and other information associated with the order.

5. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, local sales taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or standard shipping charge unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Saint Vision has no control over customs charges imposed by the destination country.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they understand any applicable import requirements before placing an international order.

If an international order is refused by the recipient because applicable customs duties or taxes have not been paid, the parcel may be returned to Saint Vision.

Where a parcel is returned to us in these circumstances, any refund that is legally due may be subject to the deduction of reasonable shipping, handling, return or other directly incurred costs, where permitted by applicable law.
